General Responsibilities –

The Visitor Services Associate is the first point of contact for visitors to the Valentine museum, the museum store and the Valentine First Freedom Center.

They are responsible for implementing daily security procedures, administrative tasks, retail and program transactions, and providing guided tours of the Wickham house.
