Victoria Dietz

Victoria is a fundraising strategist with more than twelve years of leadership at one of the nation’s top fundraising consulting firms. She specializes in helping organizations strengthen partnerships, build fundraising capacity, and secure significant philanthropic gifts through thoughtful, strategic guidance.

A frequent speaker and trainer, Victoria has presented for organizations such as Tidewater Community College’s Academy for Nonprofit Excellence, the Chicago Council of Planned Giving, the Virginia Fund Raising Institute, the Virginia Foundation for Community College Education, and AFP DC’s Bridge Conference, as well as national audiences through DonorSearch, Bloomerang, United Way, and the YMCA.

Victoria holds a B.A. from The College of William & Mary. She serves on the boards of AFP–DC and the Virginia Association of Museums and previously co-chaired the Giving USA Editorial Review Board. She is also a member of the National Capital Gift Planning Council and the Business Women’s Giving Circle.

Her past leadership includes service with AFP–Hampton Roads, the Hampton Roads Gift Planning Council, the Junior League of Norfolk–Virginia Beach, and the Virginia Fund Raising Institute. In 2015, Inside Business named her a “40 Under 40” honoree for her professional and community impact.
