I am retiring from the Army this summer and looking forward to transitioning into a new field in education or museums. I plan to move East, ideally in Virginia.

Assistant Professor at the Sergeants Major Academy with over 26 years of military service, specializing in Joint Professional Military Education (JPME) and adult learning strategies. Collaborates with a team to deliver a 150-hour curriculum that integrates critical thinking, problem-solving, and analysis to align with the objectives of the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff. Developed and facilitated undergraduate-level coursework to empower senior enlisted leaders with actionable insights in joint doctrine. I leverage my experience as a career soldier to teach and mentor approximately 80 adult learners in residential settings and 60 through distance education each year, including ten international students annually. I anticipate making a career change as I retire from the military and pursue academic, instructional design, or museum-related employment opportunities.
