Working with Keswick Club Members and Keswick Hall guests by assisting with member relations and concierge services. I assist with marketing, both internally and externally, to Club Members and the community. I work on member recruitment and sustainability, and Club events. I utilize my Forbes Five Star training in every aspect of member and guest satisfaction to achieve goals.
