Join Us in Welcoming Rebecca Guest as Our New
Membership & Development Manager
We are excited to welcome back our friend and colleague Rebecca Guest as the newest member of the VAM Staff. Rebecca is no stranger to VAM and its members having served the association as a former intern and part-time membership coordinator, to being selected as one of VAM's 2020 Leadership & Advocacy Fellow.Rebecca takes on the new position of Membership & Development Manager, where she will be a lead in member relations and fundraising efforts. She brings a diverse range of development experience to VAM having served as development coordinator at the Virginia Zoological Park and Fairfield Foundation were she led a $100,000 matching grant campaign.
"We are so excited to have Rebecca join the team. Her extensive institutional knowledge of VAM, as well as her years of membership and fundraising expertise, make her the perfect candidate for the job. She'll be a great asset to VAM going forward," explains Jennifer Thomas, executive director.
