Tuesday Talk: Museums & Relevancy - What We Do Now

Join us for our June 9 facilitated conversation which will provide an opportunity for museum colleagues to explore the impact of current events related to social issues and race relations on the museum field and its practitioners. We welcome your thoughts and insight as we hope to explore different perspectives that will ultimately be helpful in identifying actions.


Meeting Facilitators:
Veronica Gallardo, Casemate Museum Operations & Collections Manager at Fort Monroe, VAM Board Member, and serves on the American Association of State and Local History (AASLH) Diversity and Inclusion Committee.
Richard Josey, Founder of Collective Journeys, works to helps historical organizations create inclusive narratives and sustainable community relationships.  Richard services on the AASLH Council and is the Chair of the AASLH Diversity and Inclusion Committee .
