Burnout is real—and in museums without dedicated HR support, it can feel especially difficult to address. This session explores practical, people-first strategies that institutions of any size can use to build healthier boundaries, foster belonging, and support staff well-being. Through real-world examples and crowd-sourced solutions, attendees will gain actionable tools to make museum work more sustainable and human-centered—no HR department required.
