Learn an overview of U.S. copyright law basics as well as about recent developments and current issues of particular interest to the museum field, including orphan works, fair use, contributory infringement, and online dissemination of materials. Presented in partnership with the Peninsula Museums Forum, this informative session will be followed by a moderated panel of museum professionals who will shed light on navigating these complicated issues.
