Council Retreat 2006: Virginia's Eastern Shore
The governing Council of the Virginia Association of Museums met in its Annual board retreat July 20-21 in Cape Charles, on the Eastern Shore of Virginia. The two-day meeting provided the opportunity for the Council to update the association's strategic guidelines, discuss program opportunities, set priorities, and look to the future of the organization. It was also an occasion for enjoying the beauty of the Eastern Shore and fostering team unity among VAM's leadership.
