Members have access to one of the largest vision networks in the country through EyeMed Vision Care – with more than 47,000 provider listings (over 5,500 in the Mid-Atlantic) including LensCrafters, Pearle Vision, Sears Optical and Target Optical.1 The new vision plan offers extensive coverage for eye exams, eyeglass lenses, frames and contact lenses, as well as discounts on LASIK laser vision correction. Out-of-network coverage is also included.
The direct billing program is available to full or part-time employees of member businesses. It is available in Virginia, Maryland, Washington, D.C., Delaware and Pennsylvania. Group dental and vision plans are also available on a payroll deduction basis to member employer groups with three or more employees.

We have partnered with Highway Information Media LLC to bring you an incredible opportunity to market your museum at high-traffic Virginia Tourism Visitor Welcome Centers! Here's how the enrollment program will work:
Members of the Virginia Association of Museums can enroll in the Navigator Network at an annual rate of $199. That is a 70%+ discount over the published enrollment, and is a monthly rate of $16.58/mo.
Why Enroll?
If the low cost doesn't intrigue you, perhaps an online demo of the Navigator Network will! The kiosks currently are accessible to over 5 million travelers, and according to the May activity reports "Activities" remains the top-accessed category with 32%+ of the category selects. Total screen views now top 1,250,000 - the units are gaining use as summer travel picks-up.
What does Enrollment Provide?
Enrollment in the Navigator Network provides your museum with a display on all of the Navigator touch-screen units in the Virginia Tourism Visitor Welcome Centers. A listing provides you with a 150 word description/summary; up to eight photos; an offer or coupon; and GoogleMap driving directions from the Welcome Centers to your museum. Coupons and driving directions can be printed.
Where are the Kiosks?
Currently four locations with two touch-screens at each Virginia Welcome Center are in the pilot: I-85 at Bracey on the NC state line; I-95 in Fredericksburg; I-64 in New Kent; and I-81 at Clear Brook near Winchester. The touch-screens are accessible by travelers 24/7, even when the Virginia Welcome Centers are not staffed. Additional Welcome Centers will be added to the network as VTC allows. There will be no increase in the enrollment rate for museums when these additional Welcome Centers are added.
Managing Enrollment
As an enrolled museum, you can up-date your listing on a monthly basis if you wish.
Act fast, though! This opportunity is available only through July 31st, 2010. For more information about the program, or to enroll, call Highway Information Media LLC at 804-432-0497; 804-677-7444; or 804-432-4148.
